Roku Wire-Free Video Doorbell works the same way as the Roku Video Doorbell, except that instead of connecting to your existing doorbell wiring for power, it runs on two 3250 mAH batteries. Wireless video doorbells are a great option if your home doesn’t have an existing doorbell because they can be mounted anywhere! You will have to charge your doorbell intermittently with the included USB charging cable. The battery can hold up to six months of charge, but battery life varies with usage. If you decide you'd rather have continuous power and you have an existing doorbell, you have the option to connect your Roku Wire-Free Video Doorbell to your doorbell wiring.

#1. Allow for several chimes to be plugged into outlets around the house, but all connected to 1 doorbell.
