Roku Battery Camera

We recently installed the Roku Smart Home Battery Plus Camera, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. Both the camera and solar panel are a perfect balance of convenience, quality, and peace of mind. The battery camera gives reliable coverage, and the solar panel makes it completely worry-free. Roku really nailed it with this setup—we’re already planning to buy another for the backyard!

I set it up on my patio to keep an eye on a neighborhood cat that sleeps under my patio furniture, and it’s been great so far. Setup was quick — totally wireless and easy to connect through the Roku Smart Home app. The video quality is clear, and the night vision plus built-in spotlight make it easy to see what’s happening, even after dark.
It’s been sitting outside on my patio through cold New England nights, and the weather resistance has held up perfectly. The IP65 rating really means something — no freezing, fogging, or water issues. The battery lasts a while, though it drains a bit faster in the cold, which is expected.
Motion alerts work well (sometimes too well when leaves blow by), but it always catches the cat when she stops by.
Overall, this little camera does exactly what I need — reliable, easy to use, and tough enough for New England weather.

Love the usability of the product you can use it inside or outside and with the solar charger it takes it to the next level . Supports all conditions and has very crisp video and audio . The Roku app is very easy to use and overall a really continently and easy product to use . The support for any questions is very easily available and very easy to setup and use

Very good quality camera. It is built with good materials and was easy to install. The app is also easy to use and is very straight forward. The picture quality is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this product

The quality of this thing is very nice. It was super easy to install and being able to get a solar panel to attach to it so you save on batteries isn't even a bigger Plus. Plus it also was super easy to connect in. The instructions were very clear, easy to understand

Very comparable to other “high end” cameras. We put this outdoor and so far no problems with durability. The set up and connectivity for this is very user friendly.

This has better video quality than my current brand of home security. The battery life is excellent. I didn't hook up the solar panel because I'm using it in my home to monitor my husband after having surgery.

We love the solar power option because we never have to worry about the battery life! We have sensors whenever someone is in the back yard and we can access the app on our phone for viewing. I love the video quality much crisper than other cameras we have used. Definitely will replace the rest of them to this brand.
