I have been using ROKU for over 5 years. We love it! Turned my non smart TV into a smart TV, and use it on my newer models also. We have bought ROKU sticks for family and friends as Christmas presents. They all were really excited, after learning how to operate, which is very simple, they all committed, BEST PRESENT EVER. I thought my tv was just too old and maybe I needed to get a new one. My Roku just wasn’t working. Then I did a survey with a PBS station and because I did a survey for them they sent me a brand new Roku. Wow! It wasn’t my tv, but the other Roku was old. I’m getting a great picture & service with my new Roku.
