Love this tv
I love being able to use the remote to turn the tv on/ off, pause/play etc. it is very user friendly. So much better than my mom’s smart tv. Roku all the way. If there is ever an issue where it seems like the apps aren’t working correctly I just restart the tv and everything is good to go. I think the biggest issue I have is the closed captions will randomly stop working an I have to reset the tv to fix that
