Where is the FIFA World Cup™ being held?

The 2022 FIFA World Cup™ is set to be held in Qatar. This year marks the first time the World Cup™ will be held in the Middle East, as well as the first time that it will be held entirely in one country. Qatar was selected as the host country by FIFA’s executive committee in 2010.  

What is the FIFA World Cup™ schedule?

For the first time ever, the FIFA World Cup™ is happening in the Fall, in the heart of football and basketball season.    

The FIFA World Cup™ kicks off on November 20, with host nation Qatar facing off against Ecuador to start Group Stage matches. The Round of 16 is played December 3-6, the quarterfinals December 9-10, semifinals December 13-14, and a champion will be crowned in the World Cup™ Final on December 18.

All 64 FIFA World Cup™ games will be broadcast live on FOX or FS1 and available in 4K. There are several ways to catch all of the action, including:
