WatchESPN and Disney Channels: Available for DirecTV customers today

With the NBA and NHL seasons in full swing, I’m glued to WatchESPN on my Roku player. I wish my kids shared my love for Sportscenter. They’re constantly hogging the Roku player to stream Doc McStuffins and Little Einsteins on WATCH Disney Junior. Sound familiar, fellow parents?

The Disney network’s streaming channels have been favorites among Roku customers and we’re happy to report that DirecTV has been added to list of participating television providers that support WatchESPN, WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney Junior and WATCH Disney XD on Roku players. Just a few days ago we announced that Roku TV customers can stream the WatchESPN channel now while the remaining Disney channels mentioned above will be available on Roku TV models in the near future.

In addition to DirecTV, customers who subscribe to ESPN, Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD through the following providers can also access the WatchESPN, WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney Junior and WATCH Disney XD on Roku devices.
