Roku welcomes two new board members

We are very excited to have Laurie Simon Hodrick and Gina Luna join our Board of Directors. Laurie and Gina are both financial experts and will also join the company’s Audit Committee.

Laurie is a Visiting Professor of Law and Rock Center for Corporate Governance Fellow at Stanford Law School, a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and the A. Barton Hepburn Professor Emerita of Economics in the Faculty of Business at Columbia Business School.

Gina spent more than 20 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she held numerous executive roles, including Managing Director, Chase Commercial Banking, Chief Marketing Officer of Chase Commercial Banking, and Chief Operating Officer of Commercial & Investment Banking, South Region.
