The must-stream reality TV shows of the summer

After a summer day in the sun or a long day at work there’s no better way to relax and escape than with a good reality TV show. They aren’t just about drama anymore: you can immerse yourself in an exciting competition (So You Think You Can Dance and The Great British Baking Show) or learn something new (Devil’s Canyon or Shark Week).

There are more than 75+ reality shows this summer (!) but we whittled it down to our must-stream picks.

• The Great British Baking Show – Bakers attempt three challenges each week trying to impress the judges enough to go through to the next round and eventually are crowned Britain’s best amateur baker. (PBS)
