We’ve simplified streaming and we’re excited to simplify the home theater experience too. A new software update is on the way that will enable surround sound on all Roku Smart Soundbars. With this free update, customers can easily pair Roku TV Wireless Speakers to their Roku Smart Soundbar to expand their systems with room-filling multichannel sound for TV, movies, and music from compatible platforms such as Netflix, the Apple TV app, Disney+ and more, as well as any input source.

We’re excited to provide you with the ability to build out your sound system over time without having to worry about spending a ton of money up front or taking a day to run wires throughout your home.

onn.™ ∙ Roku Wireless Surround Speakers

We are excited to announce that Walmart will be expanding their onn.™ ∙ Roku portfolio with the addition of the onn.™ ∙ Roku Wireless Surround Speakers. Based on the same design as the Roku TV Wireless Speakers, these speakers pair easily to the onn. ™ ∙ Roku Smart Soundbar to deliver surround sound capability, making it easy for you to not only access endless entertainment and premium audio, but do so in a simplified way – with one remote.

Availability

Roku Surround Sound capability will be available as a Roku OS software update for all Roku Smart Soundbars and will begin rolling out to devices in February.

The onn.™ ∙ Roku Wireless Surround Speakers will be available for $149 in Walmart stores and online at Walmart.com mid-February to pair to the onn. ™ ∙ Roku Smart Soundbar and onn.™ ∙ Roku Wireless Subwoofer.
