Stream the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 live on discovery+ with Roku!

With 91 nations competing for 109 medals, this year’s Olympic Winter Games is not something you will want to miss! From 4^th January to 20^th February, you can stream full coverage of The Winter Games, from Alpine Skiing to Speed Skating, on discovery+ on all Roku streaming players and Roku powered TV’s.

This year, Team GB has 50 confirmed athletes across 11 different disciplines. In 2018, Team GB successfully achieved five medals and are now looking to make history with an ambitious target of seven medals! More female athletes are competing than ever before, and for the first time, you’ll get to see Haiti and Saudi Arabia participate in The Winter Olympics!

New and exciting winter sports have been added to the 2022 games line-up, including:

• Women’s Monobob
• Freestyle Skiing Big Air (Men’s and Women’s)
• Mixed team event in Short-track Speed Skating Team Relay

The discovery+ presenting team line-up for Beijing 2022 features a 107-strong cast of winter sports experts and presenters with a combined medal tally of 80 Olympic medals. With an astonishing 215 Olympic Winter Games appearances between them, the personalities include:

• GB Skeleton gold medalist, Amy Williams MBE
• Bronze medal Big-Air Snowboarder, Billy Morgan
• Gold medalist long jumper, Greg Rutherford

As well as giving you access to the sports themselves, Roku users will be able to access discovery+ content telling stories that make the Olympic Games unique. Viewers will be given an access-all-areas pass into the sacrifices it takes to reach an Olympic Games involving some Olympic icons. These programmes include:
