SHOWTIME coming to the Roku platform in July

It’s going to be a summer of SHOWTIME! We’re excited to announce that Showtime’s stand-alone streaming service, SHOWTIME, is coming to the U.S. Roku Channel Store on Roku players and Roku TV models in July, ahead of the highly-anticipated July 12^th premieres of the new seasons of the critically-acclaimed, hit series RAY DONOVAN starring Liev Schreiber and MASTERS OF SEX starring Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan. For the first time, you’ll be able to subscribe to Showtime’s award-winning programming as a stand-alone streaming service offered over the internet.

SHOWTIME subscribers will have unlimited on demand access to every season of award-winning Showtime original series, and hundreds of hours of movies, documentary and sports programming, as well as the live broadcast of the east and west coast feeds of Showtime. This standalone access to great entertainment from Showtime is another example of how streaming with your Roku device enables you to receive TV the way you want it, on your own terms.

Roku customers who sign up in July will be offered a 30-day free trial subscription to SHOWTIME. After a 30-day free trial, customers can subscribe for only $10.99 per month.

Customers who subscribe to Showtime through a participating cable, satellite or telco provider can continue to enjoy access to Showtime content through the SHOWTIME ANYTIME channel on their Roku players or Roku TV models.
