Never-before seen Roku Original MAMAS available to stream May 6

Hey Streamers! Just in time for Mother’s Day, we have an all-new Roku Original for you to go wild over. We’re excited to share that Roku Original MAMAS, which is available in both English and Spanish, will launch on Friday, May 6, exclusively on The Roku Channel. We’re thrilled to reveal that both iterations of the series are voiced by iconic actresses. Connie Britton narrates the English version, and Zoë Saldaña will lend her voice to narrate the Spanish version. 

This documentary takes you through the fascinating lives of animal kingdom matriarchs and the lengths they will go to protect their young. Regardless of species, all mothers love, cherish and will risk their own lives for the sake of their offspring. From the forests of Sri Lanka to the deserts of Africa, the cinematography and beautiful scenery will take your breath away! 

The species featured in the series include potter wasps, grizzly bears, hummingbirds, yellow baboons, cheetahs, lions, wildebeests, black-backed jackals, strawberry dart frogs and many more!
