Why it made our list: If you come across a list of the best western films of all time, this flick that’s chock-full of intense action is sure to be on it.
Throughout his life Edward Bloom has always been a man of big appetites, enormous passions and tall tales. In his later years, he remains a huge mystery to his son, William. Now, to get to know the real man, Will begins piecing together a true picture of his father from flashbacks of his amazing adventures.
Why it made our list: You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. But most of all, you’ll enjoy watching this heartwarming father-son tale.
Beverly Hills Ninja (1997)
An elite society of Japanese warriors have prophesized that one day a blonde-haired, fair-skinned child will come to their village and lead them as a fighter of remarkable skill and bravery. So when an American child (Chris Farley) who fell overboard on an ocean liner washes up on their shores, they adopt him as one of their own and patiently instruct him in the ways of a ninja.
Why it made our list: The comedic chemistry between the co-stars is undeniable – Chris Farley reportedly insisted he would only do this film if Chris Rock was brought on as well.
