To find your player, try the following:

  • Turn on/off Wi-Fi on your phone.
  • Check your network status on your Roku player. Go to Settings > Network > Connection Status (or Repeat Guided Setup).
  • Ensure that the first three numbers of the IP address begin with: 10.8.1
